How to Insert Sim Card into your Nokia N9 Phone

You might have read my Unboxing review of the N9, if you haven't, then you still can.


Now I am going to show you how to insert a Sim Card into the N9 device!





As you can see, the Top Head Section of the N9 has two closed slots! The left slot is the Charging/USB connectivity port and the right slot is the Sim card insertion slot!

Now, to insert your Sim card, you need to open both the slots, one by one. Its actually a combination of opening slots!

First, press your finger into the small bubble like aperture on the left (closed) slot, you can see that it opens the port, see the picture below!




Now, take your finger and insert it into the slit which you can see in right (closed) slot and slowly slide...




And you can observe that the, right (closed) slot juts right out (see Picture below)! You better have some finger nails to open that! If not ask your girl friend or take a pointed but blunt object to do that.

Well, Hope you read our Part 1 of the N9 Unboxing. Now I am going into the package contents, but First have look at the Top Head Part of the device!



As you can see, next to the charging/usb connectivity port, you have a slot to put in the Sim card, It has enclosed a Sim holder actually, I will post more on that later!



The Retail Package contains a similar color Rubber case, to protect the phone from Dis-coloration and also as a safety measure! But I doubt the N9 would have any problems since, it has tough Gorilla Glass and the N9 body is made of single piece of polycarbonate, the one which is used in Fighter Jets, I will discuss more about that later in another post, hopefully soon!



Thought of using the case now!

Got a Nokia N9 for review few days back. The Meego powered phone always had a special place for most Nokia fan-boys.

I received the retail package late in the evening, and boy I was surprised that i got the N9, wasn't expecting the package coming to me any sooner.

I was more surprised at the small package size of retail N9. Some pictures below to show...
